Pipistrel Strengthens UK Presence with Appointment of Second Distributor, Triple J Aviation Engineering Ltd.

(NYSE: TXT) company, today announces the appointment of Triple J Aviation Engineering Ltd. as its newest United Kingdom (UK) distributor, further expanding its market presence in the region. Operating from London Oxford Airport, Triple J Aviation Engineering Ltd. will oversee the sales and support of Pipistrel’s portfolio of type-certified aircraft.

The newly-appointed distributor has taken delivery of its first Pipistrel Explorer, a versatile two-seat combustion engine aircraft, as well as a Velis Electro, the world’s first and currently only electric aircraft to receive full type-certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). These aircraft will serve as demonstration models, helping showcase the performance, efficiency and environmental benefits of Pipistrel’s aircraft to customers across the UK.

With the appointment of Triple J Aviation Engineering Ltd., Pipistrel’s global distribution network now comprises more than 20 distributors who support aircraft sales and service worldwide. This expansion not only broadens Pipistrel’s market reach but also ensures that customers around the world have convenient access to solutions for their environmentally-friendly aviation needs.
